HBW is a high-viscosity EP (extreme pressure) seal grease, continuously injected into the main bearing seal cavity. It maintains positive pressure to block external water and abrasives, while forming a lubricating film on bearing rolling elements to reduce friction under heavy load.

HDC HBW series follows the mainstream international formulation approach, using complex soap-thickened high-viscosity mineral oil with EP, anti-wear and anti-rust additives. Manufactured with a proprietary bidirectional mixing kettle (utility model patented), ensuring uniform consistency and no oil bleeding.

Compatible alternative to Condat HBW NG, Sika Stabilizer-2030 TBM
HBW is injected into the main bearing seal cavity via the TBM grease distribution system. Typically 2–4 injection points distribute grease along labyrinth seal gaps, forming an annular seal.
● Injection pressure: 0.3–0.5 MPa above external cavity pressure
● Dosage: 2–6 kg/h, depending on TBM diameter and RPM
● Use with main bearing lubricating grease (EP series) for dual "seal + lubricate" protection
● Caution: Continuous pressure drop may indicate seal wear; inspect promptly
