HDC manufactures chemical new materials across three segments: (1) Highway Materials — Asphalt Emulsifiers (medium/ slow/ fast crack), SBR Latex, SBS Modifier, Anti-rutting Agent, and Anti-stripping Agent; (2) TBM Tunnel Chemicals — Tail Seal Grease, Main Bearing Seal Grease (HBW), TBM Lubricant, Foam Agent, and Dispersant;(3) Oilfield Chemicals — Demulsifier, Bactericide, Corrosion Inhibitor, Triazine Desulfurizer.

Q2: Does HDC provide custom formulations?
Yes. HDC operates an R&D laboratory with a proprietary cross-segment formulation database. We develop custom products based on your geological conditions, TBM type, pump specifications, and project requirements. Custom formulation development typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on complexity.

Q3: What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard minimum order: 500 kg per product. For large infrastructure projects, we offer volume pricing and advance procurement planning. For custom formulations, minimum order is typically 1 metric ton.

Q4: What certifications does HDC hold?
HDC is ISO 9001:2015 certified and holds High-Tech Enterprise certification. Key products have MA-certified (China Metrology Certification) third-party test reports. ISO and other certificates are available upon request.

Q5: What is the lead time for HDC products?
Standard products: 7–15 business days. Custom formulations: 15–25 business days. For large projects with scheduled delivery plans, HDC coordinates production and logistics in advance to ensure uninterrupted supply.
