New Year Message from General Manager - 2026 Spring Festival Review & Outlook

On Chinese New Year’s Eve 2025, Mr. Zhang Jichao, General Manager of Wuhan Huadingcheng New Material Co., Ltd., delivered a New Year address. 2025 Annual Review: Forging Ahead Against Challenges and Delivering Solid Results

As the old year draws to a close and the new spring arrives, Wuhan Huadingcheng New Material would like to pay the highest tribute to our motherland, wishing her eternal beauty, prosperity and greatness! Looking back at the past Lunar Snake Year, the global landscape was volatile, the internal and external market environment was full of uncertainties, and industry competition became increasingly fierce. Against such a challenging backdrop, the team of Wuhan Huadingcheng New Material forged ahead courageously and delivered outstanding results across core business sectors.

1. Highway Engineering Business

We continued to supply high-quality asphalt emulsifiers and modifiers for multiple key expressway projects invested and constructed by Hubei Communications Investment Group. Our supported projects include the completed Yanji Yangtze River Bridge Project and Qitai East Expressway Project, as well as the ongoing Lixian-Xianning Expressway, Dangzhi-Songzi Expressway and Yichang-Laifeng Expressway projects. Furthermore, we successfully qualified as a designated supplier for annual centralized procurement of emulsifiers for Poly Changda Engineering Co., Ltd. in 2025, laying a solid foundation for long-term strategic cooperation.

2. Rail Transit Business

We actively participated in bidding for shield construction auxiliary materials including tail seal grease, foam agents, lubricating grease and dispersants for major projects undertaken by China Railway Group, China Railway Construction Corporation, PowerChina, China Energy Engineering Corporation and China State Construction Engineering Corporation. We secured a total of 19 new projects in 2025.

Ongoing Projects with Continuous Material Supply: Shenzhen Metro Line 27 (China Railway No.3 Engineering Group & China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group), Shenyang Metro Line 9 (China Railway No.9 Engineering Group), Shenzhen Metro Line 15 (PowerChina No.4 Bureau), Nanjing Metro Line 11 (PowerChina No.7 Bureau), Ningbo Utility Tunnel Project (China Railway Shanghai Engineering Bureau), Shaoxing Metro Line 2 (PowerChina), Wuhan Metro Line 11 (Gezhouba Group), Changsha Metro Line 7 (PowerChina No.8 Bureau), Shenyang Metro Line 6 (China National Coal Group), Shenzhen-Shanwei Railway (China Railway Shanghai Engineering Bureau), Shijiazhuang Metro Project (China Railway No.17 Bureau & China Railway Beijing Engineering Bureau), Wuxi Metro Project (China Railway No.1 Bureau), and urban rail projects undertaken by China Railway No.11 Bureau Shield Branch, China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group Chengdu-Meishan Project and China Railway No.2 Bureau Shenzhen 1501 Project.

Newly Awarded Pending Supply & Framework Cooperation Projects: Shenzhen-Jiangmen Railway Project (China Railway No.6 Bureau), Shenzhen Metro Line 22 (China Railway Shanghai Engineering Bureau). We were also shortlisted for the 2026 tail seal grease framework agreement of China State Construction Eighth Bureau, as well as the framework procurement qualification for large and small shield machine grease, establishing stable normalized cooperation with central state-owned construction enterprises.

3. Oilfield Chemical Business

We independently developed new liquid desulfurizers and bactericides. The products have completed pilot production and full performance indicator testing. Through comparative verification with various mainstream domestic similar products, our new oilfield chemical products feature superior quality and more competitive pricing. We have reached preliminary cooperation intentions with multiple domestic clients, marking a new breakthrough in the company’s fine chemical business layout.
